Our team combines legal training with practical experience in funded litigation.
Amelia Smith
Amelia leads LexOps' work with creating and maintaining relationships with both funders and law firms alike and overseeing the day-to-day running of the business. She brings operational expertise across multiple industries including large scale events; higher education and the legal sector.
Jonathon Mussell
Jonathon is a compliance and onboarding analyst at LexOps. As well as providing support for audits, he leads the operational onboarding and due diligence of law firms and helps create necessary processes for compliance and risk purposes. In addition to his Bachelor of Laws and LPC, he is ICA-certified in KPI (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering). CDD (Customer Due Diligence).
Brandon Long
Brandon is a compliance auditor at LexOps. Along with Henrietta, he undertakes file reviews of law firms and creates reports and necessary follow-up for law firms to ensure they are complying with both basic SRA rules and the terms of their funding agreements. He has file handling experience, with particular knowledge in high-volume claims portfolios. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and has completed his BPC.
Henrietta Nnedu
Henrietta is a compliance auditor at LexOps. Along with Brandon, she supports in file reviews; report writing and necessary follow-up on law firms that LexOps is engaged with. She is also looking to expand her role into supporting onboarding and due diligence functions. Henrietta comes from a previous background in file handling. She holds a Bachelor of Laws as well as successfully completing her LPC.
